摘要: Based on implicit theory method, Graduate students' creative professional virtual community behavior was found included three categories: Knowledge & Networking Behavior, Behave Manner, and Interactivity.The regression results demonstrate that after controlling graduate intrinsic motivation self-efficacy, Behavior as well Manner both significantly predicted their creativity.
