摘要: Here, we show a strategy for high-throughput antibody-based tissue profiling with the aim to create an atlas of protein expression patterns in normal human tissues and cancer representing 20 most prevalent types. A set standardized microarrays (TMAs) was produced allow rapid screening multitude different cells using immunohistochemistry. Eight TMA blocks were containing 48 triplicate from 216 individually tumors duplicate. Sections these immunohistochemically stained five commercial in-house generated antibodies. Digital images annotation profiles semiautomated approach. Five hundred seventy-six data corresponding total 30 Gbytes collected each antibody. The presented here suggest that can be used as valuable tool clinical proteomics.
