摘要: Microfilariae of Onchocerca volvulus obtained from onchocercomas were inoculated subcutaneously into the inguinal region mice. disseminated rapidly, invading tail and lungs within 1 hr ears 3 postinoculation. During early period infection microfilariae appeared in eyes, ears, viscera, pelt, carcass, tail; later, tended to accumulate tail. Liver recovered up 12 wk Intraperitoneal inoculation subcutaneous resulted concentration tail, whereas scalp caused microfilarial accumulation ears.
