摘要: Oral anticoagulants prevent thrombosis however they are associated with bleeding. The risk of both bleeding and is increased when the International Normalized Ratio (INR) outside desired therapeutic range. Hence, oral should be administered intention maximizing "time within range." frequency INR values this range can decreased by (1) warfarin initiation algorithms that guide initial therapy (2) use computerized systems to chronic therapy. This article reviews these techniques.
