摘要: In this paper, the trade-off between energy efficiency (EE) and spectral (SE) is analyzed for both uplink downlink of distributed multiple-input multiple-output (DMIMO) system over Rayleigh fading channel while considering different types power consumption models (PCMs). A novel tight closed-form approximation DMIMO EE-SE presented a detailed analysis provided scenario with practical antenna configurations. Furthermore, generic accurate low high-SE approximations are derived any number radio access units (RAUs) in channels. Our expressions have been utilized assessing EE gain co-located MIMO (CMIMO) incremental channel. results reveal that more efficient than CMIMO cell edge users idealistic realistic PCMs; whereas terms gain, connecting user terminal to only one RAU most approach when PCM considered.
