Retrograde Transpubic Approach for Percutaneous Radiofrequency Ablation and Cementoplasty of Acetabular Metastasis

摘要: We report a case of painful and disabling anterior acetabular bone metastasis treated with bipolar radiofrequency ablation cementoplasty. Due to the high risk complications related proximity femoral neurovascular structures direct approach, we successfully performed retrograde transpubic approach under combined CT fluoroscopic guidance. In present report, describe this detailing its indications, advantages, technical tips achieve safe satisfactory procedure.
