摘要: Background : Tributylin chloride (TBTCl) has been demonstrated to be acutely toxic aquatic organisms. Aim This study was conducted investigate the effects of TBTCl on epithelial cell gut Artemia salina in different stages (Nauplii, Juveniles, and Adults). Methods Samples A. used were cultivated incubators for hatching. Nauplii harvested at 24 hours age, while juveniles adults 21 35 days respectively. These three exposed concentrations (1 ng.L−1 500 ng.L−1) for hours. For nauplii, juveniles, adults, 100 individuals exposed, those that survived exposure test histological analysis. Results The examinations revealed significant differences (p < 0.05) type lesions associated with stages. predominant necroasis, degeneration, loss, disruption, piknosis, submucosal necrosis. Cell scoring a difference between groups life Conclusion Overall, this study, generality lesion scores showed are relatively more susceptible compared juvenile nauplii.
