摘要: The effect of hole-transport-layer thickness on deep-blue emission was experimentally and theoretically elucidated for top-emitting micro-cavity organic light-emitting diodes. As a result strong optical interference in the micro-cavity, spectrum intensity from diodes strongly dependent viewing angle. Optimizing lead to emissions at wavelength about 460 nm with current efficiency 5 cd/A 10,000 cd/m2 luminance. Light out-coupling modeled calculated show power dissipation, model explained experimental results well.
