摘要: The convergence of interactive multimedia services and Internet characterises the new scenario also highlights important role terminals their intelligent capabilities. Thus moves from classical telecom setting where “intelligence” is concentrated embedded into network (switches) towards a computer networking in which more located at periphery (hosts, computers terminals). primary objective ORCHESTRA project was to demonstrate by fast prototyping an experimental control architecture capable complying with large number emerging requirements for support advanced broadband networks, particular emphasis on technology integration interoperability.
