摘要: Abstract CXTS [X = Zn, Co, Mn &Ni] has gained increasing interest owing to its application in photovoltaic devices, photocatalysis and electrocatalysis due favorable electrical optical properties. In this work, been prepared by hydro-thermal technique explored as an electrocatalyst photocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction dye-degradation. From the XRD analysis, we observe that compound shows tetragonal structure. SEM images reveal exhibits flower like architecture. The bandgap determined be 1.53, 1.44, 1.42 1.37eV CZTS, CCTS, CMTS CNTS respectively. For, electrocatalytic activity, it is found preferred with lower Tafel slope value of 76mV/dec higher current density among other materials CXTS. As a CZTS resulted better degradation MB dye about 60% under visible light. effect position energy bands, surface activity impact recombination charge carriers on photocatalytic discussed.
