摘要: The modifying effects of indole-3-carbinol (I3C) and sinigrin (SIN) on the initiation post-initiation phases tongue carcinogenesis induced by 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide (4-NQO) were investigated in male ACI/N rats. Rats divided into eight groups: group 1 was given 4-NQO (10 ppm) drinking water for 12 weeks, starting at 7 weeks age; groups 2 3 fed diets containing I3C (1,000 SIN (1,200 14 respectively, 6 4 5 then they 23 one week after exposure; alone, during experiment; 8 served as an untreated control. At termination experiment (week 37), incidence neoplasms (squamous cell papilloma carcinoma) (1/15, 7%), (3/15, 20%) or (2/15, 13%) significantly smaller than that (12/17, 71%) (P = 0.0003, P 0.005 0.002). No carcinomas developed rats 2, 3, 5. Similarly, preneoplastic lesions (hyperplasia dysplasia) (11/15, 73%), (10/15, 67%), 73%) 67%) lower (17/17, 100%) 0.04 0.02). There no 6, 7, 8. Administration also caused significant decreases number area silver-stained nucleolar organizer regions protein (AgNORs), a new proliferation index, squamous epithelium. Thus, inhibited rat both phases, when administered these respective together with, following treatment 4-NQO.
