摘要: The positive and negative ion ultraviolet laser desorption time-of-flight mass spectra of [Ru3(CO)12] have been recorded, using a 337 nm N2 laser, over range experimental conditions. In the parent is not observed, but peaks corresponding to trinuclear cluster ions [Ru3(CO)11]-, [Ru3(CO)10]-, [Ru3(CO)9]-, derived directly from by successive loss one three CO groups, are present. addition, with nuclearities ranging 2 11 observed. higher clusters in considerably greater intensities than clusters, suggesting that stable nuclearity generated during process. It would appear that, general, these correspond series carbonyl thermal decomposition [Os3(CO)12] yet be isolated for ruthenium. [Ru3(CO)13]...
