摘要: 1. The inactivated T5-phages are still adsorbed to their host cells. 2. Together with the reproducing ability, most of phage particles lose ability kill cell. Thus strong decrease titer after addition protamine is not due killing bacteria which infected by protamine-treated phages. 3. The greatest part T5 affected trypsin; only a very small fraction can be reactivated. These phages probably identical those population were found earlier slowly protamine. It in favour this proposal that reactivation effect demonstrated if could react more than five minutes T5—a time, when “saturation level” inactivation almost reached. 4.
