摘要: Cryoprotective agents are essential for the cryopreservation of almost all biological systems. These additives, however, do not usually permit 100% survival after freezing and thawing, though from a theoretical point view they should be able to fully suppress known types injury. In physicochemical effects cryoprotectants, it is suggested that toxicity these key limiting factor in cryobiology. Not only does this prevent use protective levels additive, but may also manifested form cryoinjury over beyond due classical causes. Evidence extra injury ("cryoprotectant-associated injury") reviewed. It better suppression possible will lead advances cryopreservation.
