Acoustical properties of disordered ferroelectrics

摘要: A short review of acoustic properties a number disordered ferroelectric materials is made. In the first place such characteristics as velocity ultrasound elastic waves and their attenuation in phase transition range are discussed. We show that rather wide class compounds (relaxators) can be identified correlated (cluster) polar glasses. Experimental data for interpreted naturally while suggesting strong critical fluctuations an extremely spectrum relaxation times.
