摘要: The dc electrical conductivity of composites poly(vinyl chloride) filled with amorphous carbon (a-C) flakes has been studied from room temperature to 1.2 K. shows percolative behavior and as a function a-C content, follows the scaling law $\sigma\alpha(p-p_c)^t$ where $p_c$ is percolation threshold t critical exponent values 0.0165 3.1, respectively. value evidence for non-universal exponent. In range K 50 K–60 all samples show thermal fluctuation induced tunneling charge carriers through insulating layer polymer separating aggregates. At high temperatures differential expansion PVC plays crucial role in conduction mechanism that leads positive coefficient resistivity near temperature.
