摘要: Summary Stimulation of mouse pancreas in vitro with acetylcholine concentrations 10−5M or higher led to a net decrease phosphatidylinositol and increase phosphatidic acid. The level fell from 1.31±0.10 0.93±0.08 μmoles per gram fresh tissue; the acid rose 0.45±0.05 0.82±0.09 tissue. When atropine was added acetylcholine-stimulated tissue, cause its return unstimulated state, these changes were reversed; rose. levels other phosphatides which measured did not change significantly under conditions.
