摘要: A synthetic lubricating oil containing a cyclic ketal or acetal prepared from at least one polyhydric alcohol selected among tetra-, hexa-, octa- and decahydric alcohols member specified carbonyl compounds ketals acetals as reactive derivatives thereof; refrigerator working fluid composition comprising hydrofluorocarbon the acetal; novel acetals; process for producing same. The invention can provide an inexpensive which is excellent in heat oxidation resistances, does not yield carboxylic acids upon hydrolysis, lowly hygroscopic. provides also electrical insulation hygroscopicity hydrolysis.
