摘要: Detailed phase diagrams are necessary for improving the temperature stability of piezoelectric properties (Na,K)NbO3-based solid solutions. We report (1−x)Na0.5K0.5NbO3–xMTiO3 (M=Pb, Ba, Sr, Ca, and Bi0.5Li0.5) solutions over a broad range 10 K≤T≤∼770 K. It is found that show several universal characteristics: (a) Curie TC-T decreases sharply at low x range; (b) relation between deviates from Vegard’s law; (c) tetragonal-orthorhombic transition TT-O orthorhombic-rhombohedral TO-R almost independent M. suggest valence mismatch main reason rapid decrease in deviation law. also mainly affected by A-site cations, whereas B-site cations.
