摘要: To present the gastrointestinal (GI) complications associated with bevacizumab therapy and their findings on abdominal imaging studies. A computerized search identified 11 patients GI of CT (n = 11) fluoroscopic contrast studies (n = 4) who met our study criteria (including five ovarian cancer, colon one cervical cancer). The medical records were reviewed to determine clinical radiographic in these patients. All had perforation CT, or revealed a localized extraluminal collection containing gas, fluid, and/or material eight (73%) focal perforation, free air fluid three (27%) also seven fistulas, including two colovaginal, rectovaginal, enterocutaneous, colocutaneous, gastrocolic, colorectal fistula. Eight died within 1 year development was felt be cause death four (36%). Abdominal are useful tests for diagnosis potentially life-threatening as complication therapy. When is detected studies, treatment should immediately discontinued.
