摘要: Abstract Simultaneous PET–MR acquisition provides the high temporal and spatial resolution of MRI with specificity PET. In PET, accurate modelling physiological function in vivo requires time-activity curve tracer blood plasma, known as arterial input (AIF). As gold standard method sampling is inherently prohibitive small animal case, here we discuss how prepare to rapidly sample signals from gadolinium-doped obtain functions a simultaneous PET-MR measurement. ΔR2⁎ measurements taken EPI images were used first pass bolus AIFs rat brain DSC-MRI datasets 5 rats. obtained using our automatic algorithm found be consistent between animals compared well manual methods without need for priori voxel selection. A variable flip angle FLASH sequence T1 mapping was successfully tested phantom study, providing Gd concentration.
