Les effets délétères de l’épuration extrarénale dans le traitement de l’insuffisance rénale aiguë

摘要: La necessite d’une epuration extrarenale (EER) dans la prise en charge insuffisance renale aigue est parfois pourvoyeuse d’effets secondaires deleteres qui peuvent affecter sensiblement et durablement le pronostic des patients beneficiant. Ces effets multiples dependent d’abord de l’etat clinique du patient, ensuite modalite d’epuration utilisee. Dans cette revue, les principales complications liees a l’EER sont decrites soulignant strategies mesures therapeutiques permettant prevenir ou d’en diminuer l’impact.
