摘要: Eleven cultures representing eight genera of five families Loculoascomycetes were obtained from ATCC and IMI. Partial 18S 28S nuclear ribosomal DNA (rDNA) amplified using PCR sequenced. About 1100 bps rDNA (NS1/NS4 region) 459 (F63/R635 for each taxon subject to phylogenetic analysis parsimony. The reconstructed trees supported the separation two monophyletic groups, containing type Leptosphaeriaceae Pleosporaceae, respectively. members ( sensu Barr) consisted paraphyletic clade in trees. Pleosporaceae plus Pyrenophora Trichostoma formed a clade. results generally placement P. , Comoclathris baccata Pleosporaceae. taxonomic position Pleospora betae whose coelomycetous anamorph is more closely related Leptosphaeriaceae, was not well resolved because low bootstrap values decay indices. Leptosphaeria bicolor ascospore morphology congeneric with genus, L. doliolum does belong based on sequence data. disposition Lewia, analyses are discussed.
