摘要: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can exhibit a marked tropism towards site of tumors. Many studies have reported that tumor progression and metastasis increase by MSCs. In contrast, other shown MSCs suppress growth contribute to promotion several mechanisms: (1) transition tumor-associated fibroblasts; (2) suppression immune response; (3) angiogenesis; (4) stimulation epithelial-mesenchymal (EMT); (5) contribution the microenvironment; (6) inhibition cell apoptosis; (7) metastasis. contrast tumor-promoting properties, inhibit increasing inflammatory infiltration, inhibiting angiogenesis, suppressing Wnt signaling AKT signaling, inducing cycle arrest apoptosis. this review, we will discuss potential mechanisms which MSC mediates support or then possible tumor-specific therapeutic strategies using as delivery vehicles, based on their homing
