摘要: An interactive effect of simultaneous shade and drought stress on drought-tolerant drought-sensitive cultivars soybean was studied. As intensified, the net photosynthetic rate decreased in both due to reduced leaf area, relative water content, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll Rubisco activity which ultimately led yield reduction. Moreover, fluorescence parameters also decreased. Interestingly, a moderate found helpful alleviating adverse effects stress, specifically resistant cultivar N12 where seed improved significantly under conditions contrast C103. In summary, depended irradiance could enhance resistance, although this resistance dependent. With appropriate selection, can help optimize improve performance drought-exposed soybean.
