Tunneling of large polarons in semiconducting zinc vanadate glasses.

摘要: The ac electrical properties of several compositions the semiconducting zinc vanadate glasses have been studied in frequency range 10 Hz-2 MHz and temperature 93-423 K. It has observed that conductivity shows power law dependence. experimental data for analyzed framework theoretical models based on quantum mechanical tunneling classical hopping over barriers order to determine conduction mechanism. model large polarons, out discussed, could explain adequately dependence its exponent. parameters obtained from fits this with results are reasonable.
