摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate usability and accuracy three-dimensional rotational angiography (3DRA) during interventions the aorta in congenital heart disease (CHD). 3DRA is an accurate, encompassing fast imaging technique cath lab. However, there only few published data about its use CHD. Between January 2010 2014, performed 77 patients with aortic issues: 65 % cases, intervention performed, which 72 had isthmus stenosis. Data were obtained retrospectively. evaluated on basis comparative measurements (n = 60) diameter between conventional biplane angiography. Measurements presented a high average deviation 3.89 [±3 %] significant correlation r 0.99 after Pearson (p < 0.0001). Clinical benefit assessed using five-point Likert scale could be shown 98 %. Comparison control group showed reduced fluoroscopy time from 10.2 8.30 min (median, p 0.01) decreased radiation dose 0.18 compared 0.56 Gy cm2/kg 0.02). anomalies has advantages comparison It improves diagnostic accuracy, 3D guidance enables faster simplified enhanced patients’ safety potential reduce dose.
