摘要: In recent years considerable interest has been focused on elucidating the mechanisms which control multifaceted processes involved in reinitiation and mediation of oocyte differentiation from stage meiotic prophase I arrest. Although detailed information is incomplete, controversy exists concerning specific unique nature these mammalian as contrasted to non-mammalian species (1,2). general differences relate following: 1) whether maturation under positive or negative external molecules, 2) chemical 3) role somatic-germ cell interactions independent functions cells.
