摘要: We have developed a novel technique for high-throughput simultaneous screening of multiple cytokine expression based on protein array system. Our method has the advantage showing specificity enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, sensitivity enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL), and microspot. In this system, membranes were created by spotting capture antibodies onto membranes. The then incubated with biological samples such as conditioned media patient's sera. bound proteins recognized biotin-conjugated detected horseradish peroxidase-conjugated streptavidin coupled ECL. Experiments demonstrated that 24 cytokines from sera could be simultaneously using new approach. This methodology should allow us to develop many high-density systems detect variety proteins.
