摘要: After a decade of research into the area Artificial Immune Systems, it is worthwhile to take step back and reflect on contributions that paradigm has brought application areas which been applied. Undeniably, there have lot successful stories — however, if field advance in future really carve out its own distinctive niche, then necessary be able illustrate are clear benefits obtained by applying this rather than others. This paper attempts stock tackled past, ask difficult question “was worth ?”. We attempt suggest set problem features we believe will allow true potential immunological system exploited computational systems, define unique niche for AIS.
