摘要: Purpose One of the operative complications sagittal split osteotomy mandible is a bad split, which describes an unfavorable or irregular fracture in course osteotomy. The purpose this study to identify previous studies reported incidences occurrence during and discuss its mechanisms risk factors, based on literature review, order minimize their occurrence. A few illustrative cases are also presented.
