摘要: Abstract This paper reports on the preparation of two thin films (CuInS 2 /FTO and CuInS /TiO /FTO) by a facile solvothermal method their photovoltaic properties. Instrumental measurements including X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV–vis spectra have been used to characterize obtained films. The results show that deposited fluorine-doped tin oxide-coated (FTO) conductive glass substrates are composed nanoplates microspheres. thickness can be adjusted from 1 μm 8 μm controlling solution concentration reactants. While, prepared 10 μm-thick film TiO substrate consists nanoplates. absorption reveal strong around 400–850 nm band-gap energy is tunable in range 1.45–1.61 eV with variation Cu/In ratio 1.20 0.90. Furthermore, types solar cells, which an effective area 0.25 cm possess separately top-down composition Ag/CdS/CuInS FTO/TiO /CuInS /Au, were fabricated after heat-treatment evaluate properties corresponding conversion efficiency 0.33% 0.29% under AM 1.5 irradiation (100 mW cm −2 ), respectively.
