摘要: The present invention relates to an immunogenic or vaccine composition induce immune response protective against Orbiviruses, more specifically bluetongue virus (BTV) in animal susceptible BTV infection. may include a pharmaceutically veterinarily acceptable vehicle excipient, and vector. vector contain heterologous nucleic acid molecule(s), expresses vivo the antigen, immunogen epitope thereof, e.g., VP2; VP2 VP5; VP5 VP3 and/or VP7. can adjuvant, such as carbomer. Methods for making using composition, including prime-boost regimes differential diagnosis, are also contemplated.
