摘要: Blocked polyurethane prepolymers obtained by reacting at least one polyol, a first polyisocyanate comprising diphenylmethane diisocyanate, second having viscosity 25°C of less than about 250 mPa.s, phenol blocking agent, and an oxime wherein the weight ratio polyisocyanate: is not more 0.65:1. The blocked are espeically useful in formulating coating compositions additionally acrylic resing, plasticizer, filler, optionally other ingredients additives. A cured applying layer composition to substrate surface heating layer.
