摘要: Les difficultes de sevrage la sedation doivent etre le plus souvent prevenues par une adaptation aux besoins du patient, diminution profondeur chaque fois que cela est possible, voire son interruption temporaire. Cette attitude difficile au quotidien et necessite a information, formation adhesion l’ensemble personnel soignant. Lorsque realise, question qui ne se pose pratiquement plus. Mais certains patients ont besoin d’une profonde pendant duree parfois longue. l’etat clinique s’ameliore, reevaluation quotidienne pertinence necessite. Des syndromes peuvent alors survenir. consequences physiologiques liees sont encore mal connues, mais potentiellement deleteres sur systeme respiratoire, cardio-vasculaire ou nerveux central. Dans ce cas, il n’y pas schema valide d’arret sedation, titration en fonction d’un score recours eventuel des agents alpha2-agonistes pour limiter l’hyperactivite sympathique recommandes.
