摘要: A process is provided for the preparation of valuable products from vinasse which contains potassium salts. The comprises concentrating to a dry matter content 50-80% solids and separating formed crystals in concentration step form supernatant free Ammonium sulphate added before or during vinasse. Furthermore, clarification carried out provide separation betaine, PCA, succinic acid citric acid. Filtration, microfiltration used chromatographic betaine as well other products. Potassium salts are obtained fertilizer.
