摘要: T cell depletion using the murine monoclonal antibody (moAb) T10B9 is unique in that receptor (TCR)gamma delta bearing subset relatively spared compared to TCR alpha beta + subset. We evaluated probabilities of engraftment, acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), relapse, survival 273 recipients marrow depleted T10B9.
