摘要: Abstract This article details three examinations of communication impairment over 13 months in a man with AIDS dementia complex (ADC) and compares his performance on standardised language testing that two control participants. He had mild impairments as measured tests but was severely impaired pragmatic skills. When compared participants, he particularly the skills topic maintenance informational redundancy equally matched controls items non-specific vocabulary excessive revisions. man's result ADC, which characterised by poor conversation absence frank aphasia or dysarthria, may be related to non-linguistic cognitive impairment.
