Integrated Molar Absorptivity of Mid- and Far-Infrared Spectra of Glycine and Other Selected Amino Acids.

摘要: A selection of five proteinogenic amino acids-glycine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan-were studied in the mid-infrared far-infrared with purpose to facilitate search identification these astrobiologically astrochemically relevant molecules space environments. The molar extinction coefficients (ɛ) all mid- bands were determined as well integrated absorptivities (ψ). spectra selected acids recorded also at three different temperatures from -180°C ambient temperature +200°C. We measured wavelength shift infrared caused by temperature; for most or temperature-sensitive bands, a series linear equations relating position temperature. Such may provide estimates once detected astrophysical objects; reported values ɛ ψ, it will be possible estimate relative abundance
