Cytological reactions induced by inorganic salt solutions.

摘要: AN investigation has been carried on for some time in this Laboratory into the immediate cytological effect of salt solutions root meristems Allium Cepa. Salts, mostly nitrates, forty metals were tested. A dilution series 10–16 concentrations studied each substance, covering whole range from total lethality down to such weak that no could be detected. Fixations tips made after 4 and 24 hours respectively. All slides stained with crystal-violet.
