摘要: Abstract A new phthalazinone derivative, named amycophthalazinone (1), and a isoflavonoid glycoside, 7-O-methyl-5-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosylgenestein (2), along with an 7-O-α-D-arabinofuranosyl daidzein (3) firstly found from natural sources, eight known compounds (4–11), were isolated the culture broth of lichen-associated Amycolatopsis sp. YIM 130642. The structures elucidated on basis spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 was first example naturally occurring derivative. antimicrobial activities all towards five pathogenic strains evaluated by microdilution assay. exhibited most potent inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Candida albicans MIC values 32, 64 μg/mL, respectively.
