摘要: Abstract In this paper we present the results of δ13C and δ15N from individuals buried in pre-Columbian cemetery Rio Salado-Coronda, which correspond to complex hunter-gatherer middle basin Parana River, Argentina (South America). The obtained are integrated with previously published values order discuss local low-level food production based on stable isotopes. Local trophic chains, both terrestrial aquatic, were analyzed. results, at a population level, suggest an intensification process focused fishing rather than most archaeological units, exception humans sites belonging Incised Pottery Cluster, where plant intake could have represented strategy expand niche sustained way, small-scale production.
