摘要: The aims of this study were to determine the main chemical constituents volatile oils from leaves Eucalyptus globulus Labill. (eucalyptus) and Psidium guajava L. (guava) develop stable anti-acne preparations these medicinal plants. Volatile eucalyptus guava extracted by hydrodistillation then analyzed their components means GC/MS. antimicrobial activity was determined agar diffusion micro-dilution methods. GC/MS results showed that in gamma-terpinene alpha-pinene. These good against Propionibacterium acnes (MIC, MBC = 9.38 mg/ml for oil MIC mg/ml, 37.50 oil). Further, oil- in-water creams incorporating 2% w/w 4% prepared. Both them had satisfied texture exhibited stability after stored at -4 ° C 45 alternately (freeze-thawing) 4 cycles. In addition, they P. well method (inhibition zone 8.0 9.0 mm cream cream, respectively) compared commercial 5% benzoyl peroxide gel.
