摘要: The effect of psychologic stress on cardiac vulnerability was examined in 10 conscious dogs. repetitive extrasystole threshold employed as a measure susceptibility to ventricular fibrillation. Instrumental aversive conditioning constituted stressful environment. decreased by nearly 50 percent during 3 days which the animals were exposed When Tolamolol hydrochloride, cardioselective beta adrenoceptor blocking agent, administered before session, unaltered from control value. Thus, stress-evoked changes are mediated through sympathetic nervous system.
