摘要: In the present study, determination of copper in human serum by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry was investigated with susceptible substances to act as chemical modifiers. The optimization method involved studies pyrolysis and atomization temperature curves diluted serum. Ruthenium best modifier. With this modifier, recoveries spiked samples on different days ranged from 92% 105% a relative standard deviation (RSD) lower than 10% tube lifetime higher 2000 cycles.
