摘要: Biomimetic materials (biocomposites) with an organic-mineral composition related to natural dental tissues (enamel and dentin) are obtained for the first time their structural optical characteristics studied. It is demonstrated by a complex of spectroscopic methods that in formation biocomposites, introduced organic component, bearing number amino acids, does not affect structure inorganic component (carbonate-substituted calcium hydroxyapatite) sample. The carbonate-substituted hydroxyapatite synthesized using biogenic source calcium, which forms basis biocomposite, has luminescence spectrum similar apatite tooth enamel. intact dentin human broader band than enamel spectrum. determined both components contribute band. features found spectra simulating biocomposites can be used develop procedure effective early diagnosis demineralization hard general examination.
