摘要: The effect of strong electric fields up to 140 MV/m applied an electrode-insulator-superconductor system on the conductivity high-T c YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−x superconducting ceramic at 77 K has been studied. A reversible change in field currents slightly above critical level revealed. Application a positive potential electrode always enhances while, with negatively biased electrode, first decreases increasing field, and subsequently grows excess original value. Under some conditions, may enhance current. observed effects can be attributed field-induced redistribution carriers (holes)
