摘要: A mild preparation tactic was developed for the fabrication of a reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and poly(sulfosalicylic acid) (PSA) nanocomposite film by one-step electrochemical method. The characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, methods. properties were evaluated means cyclic voltammetry (CV) differential pulse (DPV). Based on synergistic effect rGO PSA film, sensitive sensor acetaminophen (AC) successfully fabricated. reaction AC at glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with (PSA/rGO/GCE) proved to be surface-controlled process involving same number protons electrons. Under optimum experimental conditions, anodic peak currents linear over concentrations ranging from 0.5 300 μM, limit detection (LOD) 0.041 μM (S/N = 3). Furthermore, demonstrated feasible analytical purposes in real samples. calibration curve obtained determination urine within range 1 LOD 0.36 under optimized conditions. In addition, PSA/rGO/GCE human serum satisfactory results.
