Chitosan beads with pendant α-cyclodextrin: preparation and inclusion property to nitrophenolates

摘要: Highly porous beads having an ability to form inclusion complexes with specific substrates have been synthesized and preliminary experiments for the application adsorbent affinity column chromatography controlled release were carried out. Water-insoluble chitosan by adding aqueous acetic acid solution of into ethanolic sodium hydroxide subsequent crosslinking hexamethylene diisocyanate in N, N-dimethylformamide. The resulting further treated 2-O-formylmethyl-α-cyclodextrin presence cyanoborohydride acetate buffer at pH 4.4, giving cyclodextrin-linked beads. Their was examined use p-nitrophenol its analogue as model compounds.
