摘要: Injection moulding is accepted as one of the most important methods for shaping complex ceramic cores, which are used to form intricate internal cooling passages gas turbine blades. But relatively long lead time and high costs involved in fabrication hard tooling render it uneconomical new products development low-volume production. In study, a rapid prototyping process developed fabricate complex-shaped alumina-based core by combining stereolithography (SL) with gelcasting. SL utilized an integral sacrificial resin mold, gelcasting wet green body through polymerization aqueous slurry. The freeze-drying adopted treat surrounded drying shrinkage decreased, generation crack can be prevented. sintering controlled adding magnesium oxide power developing novel process. After mold burnt out, obtained.
